They explained the whole process and even had videos to help me understand the whole process and the importance of addressing my issues. They’re very receptive, accommodating, and they valued the importance of following strict COVID protocols, making each visit safe. I highly recommend them to everyone and have already passed their information along to my friends.”

Our comprehensive, personalized, and minimally invasive vein treatment process in NY
Our vein doctors follow a comprehensive, personalized, and minimally invasive vein treatment process. Each vein treatment plan is individually curated according to the patient’s unique goals and requirements to ensure optimal and consistent results. Our considered approach to vein care allows us to maintain a perfect track record, as evidenced by our 5-star ratings and reviews.
Step 1: Initial Consultation
The vein doctor examines your leg veins, reviews your medical history, and discusses your symptoms. They ask if you experience leg heaviness, restless leg syndrome, leg pain, frequent leg cramps, or other symptoms of vein disease. You should be completely honest with the vein doctor to help them make the correct diagnosis.
Step 2: Vascular Imaging
The vein doctor performs the duplex ultrasound, an advanced vascular imaging test used to identify chronic venous insufficiency. The vein doctor uses ultrasound energy to visualize the blood flow in your leg veins, which confirms the presence or absence of vein disease. This allows the vein doctor to curate the ideal vein treatment plan.
Step 3: Treatment Plan
The vein doctor curates the ideal vein treatment plan for you. This is based on your diagnosis, symptoms, medical history, the risk of allergic reactions, cosmetic goals, and the location and size of your spider veins and varicose veins. Each vein treatment plan is personalized according to your needs to ensure optimal results.
Step 4: Primary Treatment
Your primary vein treatment may involve radiofrequency ablation, endovenous laser ablation, or venaseal. These procedures use thermal energy, laser energy, or medical-grade adhesives to collapse the diseased saphenous vein responsible for your vein problems. The accumulated blood reroutes into healthier leg veins, restoring optimal blood circulation to the heart.
Step 5: Cosmetic Treatment
Your cosmetic vein treatment may involve sclerotherapy or ambulatory phlebectomy. Sclerotherapy involves injecting a sclerosant solution into spider veins, turning them into hardened scar tissues eventually absorbed by the body. Ambulatory phlebectomy involves the physical extraction of varicose veins through small incisions on the skin.
Step 6: Recovery
Your minimally invasive spider vein and varicose vein treatment concludes within an hour with no downtime or complications. You may have to wear compression stockings, and you’ll be asked to avoid strenuous workouts for a few days. However, you can resume all of your daily activities and work immediately after the vein treatment.
Book a Consultation
Scheduling a consultation with one of our vein treatment experts is one of the best ways to determine the proper resolution for your varicose veins. The treatments can include sclerotherapy, laser or radiofrequency ablation, a medication called Varithena, or procedures such as Venaseal, or Clarivein.
