One of our recent patients wrote, “I’m so so grateful for the spider and varicose vein treatment center. I had so much pain in my legs after 6 kids, and after a year of treatments, I feel 100% better. I am a lot more confident wearing shorts now! Thank you so much!”
We’re led by Harvard-trained and board-certified vein doctors
VIP Medical Group individually selects vein doctors from the country’s leading medical schools, such as Harvard Medical School, residency programs, and fellowships. Furthermore, our vein doctors must undergo board certification from the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine, an extremely difficult and rigorous certification process that only 1% of vein doctors pass. As such, you can trust that your vein care will be handled by some of the country’s leading vein experts — Dr. Billy Schoenfield and Dr. Jasmine Koo.

We perform thorough diagnostic tests before curating a treatment plan
Our vascular center believes in comprehensive vein treatments. Most vein centers (and especially medical spas) treat spider veins without addressing the underlying vein disease. That’s like painting over a stained wall instead of inspecting and fixing the leaky pipes underneath — the stains are bound to return. Similarly, if your vein doctor treats spider veins without addressing the root cause, you have a high risk of recurrence. Unfortunately, that’s what most vein centers do — but not us.
Our vein doctors examine your leg veins, review your medical history, discuss your symptoms, and provide advanced vascular imaging tests, known as duplex ultrasound. During the ultrasound scan, we visualize the blood flow in your leg veins to identify vein disease. If you have chronic venous insufficiency, we curate a personalized vein treatment plan that addresses the root cause before removing spider veins and varicose veins. Our comprehensive vein care plan ensures optimal and long-lasting results.
We provide minimally invasive spider vein and varicose vein treatments
We only provide minimally invasive spider vein and varicose vein treatments, such as radiofrequency ablation, endovenous laser ablation, venaseal, ambulatory phlebectomy, and sclerotherapy.
If you have chronic venous insufficiency, our vein doctors will use thermal energy (radiofrequency ablation), laser energy (laser ablation), or medical adhesives (venaseal) to destroy or close the diseased vein rerouting the accumulated blood into healthier leg veins. Once optimal blood circulation is restored, the vein doctor will perform ambulatory phlebectomy or sclerotherapy to remove the superficial varicose veins and spider veins.
Ambulatory phlebectomy is a minimally invasive procedure wherein the varicose veins are removed through small incisions on the skin’s surface. Sclerotherapy is a procedure wherein a sclerosant solution is injected into spider veins to make them shrink and fade away from the skin’s surface. Ambulatory phlebectomy and sclerotherapy are considered to be cosmetic procedures, so they’re not usually eligible for insurance coverage, but we might be able to work something out.
We provide free insurance verification
We believe minimally invasive vein treatments should be financially accessible to everyone because they’re medically necessary. To that end, we provide free insurance verification for all patients. You can request free insurance verification before your appointment, so we can work out the terms and conditions of your insurance coverage before the treatment. We provide a complete overview of youein treatment costs before the procedure, so you can proceed with complete mental clarity. We follow a strict “no surprise billing” policy, so there are no hidden charges.
