On my first treatment appointment, I was petrified. However, not only was Doctor Alford reassuring, each one on her staff, was very empathetic as well. Two years prior to my Vein Treatment, I had an anaphylaxis episode that has left me traumatized to unfamiliar medical treatments. I thank God now, each time I look at my legs. Also, the follow up schedule is a gift. There are some professions out there that, let you go on your merry way, after surgery, and guess how to help yourself in the long haul, not Dr. Alford! She is true to her word, and will not sugarcoat. Her integrity is to be applaud.

My appointments are timely. When I walk in the door, the receptionist escorts me to the waiting room to change and get settled to see the medical assistant. The doctor is very detailed and personable, which is a rarity now. The rooms are spotless and comfortable.
