Dr. Chavez’s clinical excellence is built upon a foundation of elite academic and surgical training. After completing undergraduate studies at Colorado State University, she earned her medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine Phoenix and completed residency training in General Surgery at Creighton University – Phoenix, followed by a fellowship in Vascular Surgery at Mayo Clinic Arizona. This specialized Mayo Clinic training provided her with the technical precision required for complex vascular interventions and advanced venous care.
